HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.Prototypes Pomona Recovery Bridge Housing (RBH), a program of HealthRIGHT 360, provides interim housing to unhoused adult and adult perinatal women receiving outpatient treatment services. RBH offers recovery-oriented services including peer support, group meetings, case management, and life skills development. It aims to stabilize patients' lives and prevent relapses by offering safe, supportive housing.Residents, prioritized based on vulnerability, receive approvals for 3-month increments up to 6 months annually and must remain engaged in outpatient treatment throughout their stay.The Supervisor I, Housing oversees day-to-day operations of housing programs, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant services. This role supervises direct service staff, provides guidance and crisis intervention, and supports the integration of behavioral health services to enhance client care.
