Olshan Foundation Repair is currently seeking a Polyurethane Crew Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform foundation repairs using polyurethane injections with precision and care
- Build customer trust through clear communication and professionalism
- Oversee 2-3 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
- Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards
- Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress
- Safely operate company equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Foundation Repair/Polyurethane Foam experience of 1-2 years
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be 21+
- Working weekends may be required; some travel.
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and ability to adapt to customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and subordinates.
