Position Summary
The Policy Governance & PowerDMS Administrator serves as the organization's central resource for policy governance, document control, and administration of the PowerDMS platform. This position owns the policy lifecycle process from document development through archival and ensures that all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and forms are maintained in accordance with organizational, regulatory, legal, accreditation, and records management requirements.
The Administrator is responsible for PowerDMS configuration and optimization, policy governance oversight, document standardization, workflow administration, reporting and dashboard development, policy review compliance, policy communications, records retention, disaster recovery support, and continuous improvement of the organization's policy management program.
This position partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Quality, Risk Management, Human Resources, Health Information Management (HIM), Information Systems, and operational leaders throughout the organization.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Management, Public Administration, or related field.
