Court Name/Organization Alabama Northern District Court Overview of the Position The Policy and Management Analyst conduct research; analyzes and audits data and processes; drafts policy and procedural documents; and develops a variety of organizational, budgetary, financial, statistical, and/or operational reports for the purpose of analyzing operations, administering budgets, improving administration, and advising senior management. This position reports to the Clerk of Court. Travel between geographical divisions is required to interact with judges and staff, identify issues, and analyze work processes.
