Salary & Benefits
2026 salary range: $80,334-$114,132, DOQ
Lateral entry placement based on years of service
Up to $6,000 signing incentive for lateral candidates
Longevity pay after 5 years
Employer-paid health insurance contribution up to $900/month single and $1,500/month family coverage
Consideration of prior service for vacation accrual
On-site fitness facility

Special assignments include SWAT, Drug Task Force, Investigations, School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer, and instructor positions.
