Performs assigned and on view investigations. Assists in related areas provides special serviceassistance as needed. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older and be eligible for license to carry a firearm. Must have current OPOTA Peace Officer certification or prior OPOTA Peace Officer certification and the ability to refresh within one year of hire or OPOTA Certification before date of hire. Must periodically qualify in use of firearms. Must have a currently valid drivers license and establish driver eligibility under the Universitys Motor Vehicle Policy. Must pass all of the following written exam physical abilities test Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory test thorough background check and panel interview.
