Have you considered a career in Law Enforcement?

This is a grant-funded position for candidates interested in working as a part-time Community Service Officer while attending a degree completion program/law enforcement training program. Upon successful completion of the program, the Cadet/CSO will be eligible to be hired as a Police Officer. You will gain valuable experience and the cost of school is covered as well!

Eligibility Requirements:

Candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a two or four-year degree from a regionally accredited college or university OR currently or previously enrolled and received credits in an accredited law enforcement degree program.
• Candidates must be eligible to take the MN POST test no later than June 2028

Candidates must be able to meet the MN POST Board standards for police officer licensure.
