We are seeking a Poker Shift Manager to lead and oversee poker operations, guide a talented team, and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Supervise team members, handle hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Oversee smooth poker table operations, game speed, staffing, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Report suspicious activity, investigate variances, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Manage administrative tasks, ensure adherence to gaming laws, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, previous poker experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience. Certification from Poker Tournament Director Association (TDA) is a plus.
