Clinic Pod Coordinator
Full Time-72 hours per pay period
Days worked could include Monday-Friday
& Saturday clinic rotation
Are you passionate about healthcare and enjoy working closely with a team to support patients and providers? Join us as a Pod Coordinator and help ensure the smooth daily operation of our clinic, providing critical support to our patients, staff, and providers.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate patient appointments, exams, referrals, and follow-ups
- Assist patients through the clinic, ensuring they get the care they need
- Support clinic nursing and providers with administrative and clerical tasks
- Work with electronic health records to track patient care gaps and monitor quality performance
- Help with population health initiatives by identifying patients due for wellness visits, tests, or preventive care

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience in a medical office or clinical setting
- Strong computer skills and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
