Overview
Are you a caring and dedicated Public Health Nurse who is passionate about education, advocacy, and supporting maternal-child health? Do you thrive when supporting young families through some of their most important-and vulnerable-moments? If you're driven to make a meaningful difference and to help young families thrive, we invite you to bring your expertise and heart to our team.
LCDHE is committed to ensuring everyone in Larimer County has the opportunity for a healthy life. We act with integrity, serve with purpose, and approach our work with compassion, curiosity, and a focus on health equity. We foster connection, support all team members, especially those from historically underrepresented communities, and actively address unconscious bias through education and open dialogue.
