We are hiring for a PMO Analyst for an onsite opportunity.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst with strong experience in Jira tracking, reporting, project governance, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will support project management activities by maintaining project visibility, generating insightful reports, tracking project performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to PMO standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project tracking, status reporting, and governance activities using Jira to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, KPIs, and project metrics for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with PMO processes, standards, and governance requirements
- Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to identify trends, risks, and project performance indicators
- Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports using MS PowerPoint
- Support project reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain project documentation and reporting repositories
- Provide timely and accurate project insights to support decision-making
Required Skills:
- Experience working in a PMO or Project Coordination environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Experience creating and maintaining project status reports and KPIs
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and trend tracking
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Experience tracking project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies
- Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting large enterprise projects
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting frameworks
- Experience working in government or public sector environments
