Warehouse Supervisor (PM - fulltime)

The role of the Warehouse Supervisor is to assist the Warehouse Manager in ensuring the warehouse operation runs smoothly. Assist in all aspects of warehouse operations for optimum accuracy, quality and profitability. The standard schedule will be 3:00pm-11:00pm. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
 
 
Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily workflow.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

  
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Help with processing, fulfillment, and transportation of event orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 
• Supervise the company’s vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance, handling repairs, and ensuring drivers receive necessary training and certifications.
• Assist in purchasing operations, ensuring that products and services are of optimum quality and priced competitively. 
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively resolve problems, and recommend practical solutions.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. 
• Strong detail orientation with the ability to meet strict deadlines consistently. 
• Able to be flexible, adapt to and respond to change, make sound decisions in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required.

  
Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
