Help them figure out where they want to go, when, and what trip works for them
Turn "I'll think about it" into a booked trip and collect final payment
Use scripts that actually work to build urgency and get the trip booked

18 or older
No experience required! Some background in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality may help, but not a negative if you don't have it
