As a PM Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in maintaining these standards during our critical evening hours.
Position Summary
The PM Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Chick-fil-A's evening operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will lead by example, managing a team of 20+ during peak hours, solving problems on the fly, and driving a culture of hospitality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house evening operations
Ensure high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience
Manage labor and food costs during PM hours to align with daily and weekly goals
Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and team members through active feedback and performance evaluations
Ensure all safety, sanitation, and health protocols are followed
Communicate effectively with AM leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions
Execute nightly closing procedures and reporting
Handle customer complaints or incidents with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations (Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required)
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience in leading and developing people
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Passion for servant leadership and team development
Available to work evenings and Saturdays (closed on Sundays)
Must be 18 years or older
