Responsibilities


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in catering events as required, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
  • Uphold standards of fine dining service while preparing meals for guests.
Skills


  • Proven experience in culinary roles, particularly as a Line Cook or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices.
  • Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is preferred.
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
