A Fry Cook is responsible for ensuring all fried menu items are cooked to the exact specifications stated in the Food Manual in a presentable and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Properly sets-up and closes down the fry station.
Follows cooking methods and process standards according to the Food Manual.
Complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards and ticket time requirements.
Reads bag to ensure complete and correct orders.
Communicates with kitchen team.
Ensures fry station is always stocked, clean, and neat. Clean as you go.
