Your New Role

  • Work from the Hickory, Kentucky office while managing a national customer portfolio

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and other industry partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts

  • Provide product information and recommend water heater solutions based on customer needs

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to support long-term business relationships

  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and a positive customer experience

  • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

  • 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, water heater sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales

  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills

  • Knowledge of tank or tankless water heater systems is preferred

  • Existing relationships within the plumbing or HVAC industry are a plus
