Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and other industry partners
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts
Provide product information and recommend water heater solutions based on customer needs
Maintain regular communication with customers to support long-term business relationships
Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and a positive customer experience
Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, water heater sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
Ability to manage customer accounts and sales activities independently
Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools
Knowledge of tank or tankless water heater systems is preferred
Existing relationships within the plumbing or HVAC industry are a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
