Christianson A/C & Plumbing is seeking an organized,
dependable, and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse
operations of our plumbing supply. This role is responsible for managing
inventory, receiving and distributing materials, maintaining an efficient and
safe warehouse environment, and ensuring plumbers and field staff have the
parts, tools, and equipment they need to serve customers effectively.

**This role is for our Belton,TX location. However, the
person hired for this role will do their training at the Round Rock location
until the Belton facility is finished being built later in the year.<\/b>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving,
stocking, organizing, and distributing plumbing materials, tools, and equipment
<\/p>
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular
cycle counts and physical inventories
<\/p>
- Order and replenish stock as needed to prevent shortages
and overstocking
<\/p>
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding
deliveries, returns, and damaged goods
<\/p>
- Prepare materials, parts, and equipment for plumbing
technicians and installation crews
<\/p>
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed
accurately and on time
<\/p>
- Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency,
cleanliness, and accessibility
<\/p>
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor
performance
<\/p>
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain compliance
with OSHA and other applicable regulations
<\/p>
- Track and manage company tools, fleet -related supplies,
and warehouse equipment
<\/p>
- Maintain records of inventory, purchase orders, transfers,
and warehouse activity
<\/p>
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase
efficiency and reduce loss
<\/p>
Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>
- 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
required
<\/p>
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
<\/p>
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, or a
related trade strongly preferred
<\/p>
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best
practices
<\/p>
- Strong organizational, time management, and
problem -solving skills
<\/p>
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other
warehouse equipment safely
<\/p>
- Basic computer skills, including inventory software,
email, and Microsoft Office
<\/p>
- Valid driver’s license required
<\/p>
Physical Requirements<\/b>

- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50
pounds regularly
<\/p>
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout
the workday
<\/p>
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with
varying temperatures
