What We Are Looking For This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possesses strong technical skills in plumbing.
What You Will Do Perform plumbing repairs installations and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues offering effective solutions.
Install and repair pipes fittings fixtures and other plumbing components.
Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain clean organized and safe work areas.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work timelines and costs.
Respond to emergency calls and handle urgent plumbing issues with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of materials.
Provide excellent customer service answering questions and addressing concerns.

What You Will Need 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician
Journeyman license in NY state preferred not required
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be able to lift move 100 lbs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina to lift and carry tools and materials.
Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
CDL preferred not required
