Parker & Sons is currently seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to join our team who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day!
The Plumbing Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are managing daily operations and employee training and development. This position will be responsible for identifying training opportunities in cooperation with the Plumbing Leadership Team while designing and implementing training methods to achieve department objectives. Hiring is an essential function of our supervisor team that requires interviewing, and selecting future candidates for the plumbing team.
This person will need to work out of our Tucson Location.
