Hammond Services is growing and seeking qualified Plumbers who want strong pay, consistent work, and long-term career growth with a company that values craftsmanship and integrity. This position will require travel to our Griffin office for on-the-job training up to 6 weeks.
Pay Range: 70,000 - 180,000 annually based on experience, certifications, and performance.

What Youll Do
--------------
- Manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
- Performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.
- Discuss plumbing malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
- Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
What Youll Bring
----------------
- 3 years residential plumbing service and installation experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in reading blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes.
- Willing to work in all types of weather.
- Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade.
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
- Have a valid drivers license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
- Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks, be able to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
