What You'll Do - Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures. - Perform plumbing inspections and identify the root cause of service issues. - Educate homeowners on repair options and provide honest, solution-based recommendations. - Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. - Accurately document work performed using company software. - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. - Follow all safety standards and company procedures. - Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training. What We're Looking For - Residential plumbing service experience required. - Certification preferred. - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. - Excellent customer service and communication abilities. - Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. - Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning.
