This role combines leadership and technical expertise, overseeing the hiring, training, and development of technicians while ensuring quality control, efficient scheduling, and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and MSD standards. The Plumbing Service Manager plays a key role in resolving customer concerns, driving profitability through accurate billing and reporting, and maintaining safe, well-equipped operations. In addition to managing day-to-day service delivery, this position partners with sales on contracts, quotes, and new business opportunities while representing the company at industry events and community functions.
