Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing service operations across three Oklahoma locations. This role is responsible for developing high-performing teams, driving revenue and profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing service teams across three Oklahoma locations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing plumbers and field leaders.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and department performance through coaching and accountability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve business goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and performance reviews to develop technician skills and improve customer experience.
• Partner with branch leadership to forecast staffing needs and support continued growth.
• Ensure technicians consistently deliver exceptional customer service and professional solutions.
• Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and plumbing codes.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

• Proven leadership experience managing plumbing service teams.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Ability to lead multiple locations and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable using technology, service software, and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel to each Oklahoma location.

Qualifications

• Master or Journeyman Plumber License in Oklahoma 
• Minimum of 7 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Previous service management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
