Responsibilities:
- Supervise plumbing activities and teams
- Hire, train, and lead staff
- Cultivate a culture of safety, integrity, and growth
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to policies
- Handle customer requests and concerns
- Lead safety training for staff
Requirements:
- At least 5 years plumbing experience, with 3+ in residential service
- Master license preferred
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
