Plumbing Sales Technician (Team-Focused Role)

Meet with residential homeowners, build trust, present clear plumbing solutions, and close profitable work that our install team can execute at a high level.



What This Role Looks Like


  • You run company-provided residential leads

  • You meet with homeowners, evaluate needs, and present solutions

  • You focus on communication, professionalism, and doing things the right way

  • You close work and hand it off to a dedicated install team

  • You are part of a team — not on an island


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Serve homeowners throughout the South Bay and Cerritos area

  • Build trust and create a positive customer experience

  • Present clear, honest options

  • Offer financing and guide decisions

  • Close work and collect deposits

  • Communicate clearly with the install team for smooth execution


What You’ll Be Selling


  • Drain and sewer services

  • Plumbing repairs and upgrades

  • Water heaters and tankless systems

  • Re-pipes

  • Water filtration systems

  • General residential plumbing solutions


Compensation


  • $35/hour base pay + 12% commission

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Realistic first-year earnings: $150,000 to $200,000+

  • Straightforward commission plan with very limited chargebacks, discussed during the interview process
