Plumbing Sales Specialist

Pay: $20/hour (based on experience and performance) + overtime + performance-based increases

What You’ll Do

You will diagnose and resolve drain issues while delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair drain problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform service calls with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with customers in their homes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Work with the team to complete jobs correctly
• Continue developing your skills through hands-on training

Compensation

• $20/hour training wage, based on experience and performance
• Transition to commission-based pay after the training period, based on skill level and experience
