We are seeking a Plumbing Sales and Operations Manager to lead our plumbing service and sales operations in Wausau, Wisconsin. This role combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and field engagement to drive revenue growth and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate understands the plumbing industry, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and has the ability to lead service technicians while actively participating in sales presentations and field opportunities. This individual will also support business operations including payroll review, bank deposit oversight, CRM management (ServiceTitan), and performance leadership of service technicians.
Required: Experience in the plumbing or home services industry Strong sales and customer service skills Experience leading or managing service technicians Ability to conduct in-home sales presentations Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Financial awareness including payroll and deposits Preferred: Master Plumber license (or equivalent experience) Experience in service operations management Nexstar training experience Knowledge of field service sales strategies Experience with technician performance coaching
