One of Southern California’s largest commercial plumbing contractors is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager in Covina, CA to support a growing commercial tenant improvement division. This is an exciting opportunity to manage fast-paced projects across tech offices, medical spaces, R&D facilities, food service, education, automotive, and commercial office buildouts while joining a company with 30+ years of success and strong continued growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Project Manager position include:
• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management, with strong Project Managers outside of plumbing also considered.
• Manage awarded commercial plumbing projects from startup through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, manpower, field teams, general contractors, and clients.
• Track job costs, labor, production, budgets, and project timelines.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and understand commercial plumbing systems and construction workflows.
• Attend job site and coordination meetings while maintaining strong communication with GCs, owners, and field crews.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and project management software, with Trimble experience a plus.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
