JOB SUMMARY

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Roseville is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Operations Manager (10+ years of experience) with a proven track record in both Commercial and Residential plumbing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a startup environment and can build systems, lead teams, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards

Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits
Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)
Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved
Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be:

Sales-driven and highly competitive.
Commercial sales/business development
Highly motivated candidate with a strong track record in business development.
Results-oriented and accountable.
Strong knowledge of home service industry marketing.
Comfortable being measured by KPIs.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies when business demands.
Capable of making difficult decisions.

Compensation: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
