About the Role
AirCo is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and grow our plumbing division in the Fort Worth market. This is a leadership role focused on driving performance, developing technicians, and delivering top-tier customer service while scaling a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbers and apprentices
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job quality
- Drive revenue growth through performance management and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, job profitability, and team productivity
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a plumbing leadership role (Service Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and hold accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Texas plumbing license preferred (Responsible Master Plumber is a plus)
