We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine plumbing maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential plumbing systems, including inspections, leak detection, and preventative repairs.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to customers.
• Maintain and repair water heaters, faucets, drains, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to homeowners.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and completed tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to support service operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights, such as on ladders or scaffolding.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor plumbing tasks.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform hands-on plumbing tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Plumbing certification or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
