Responsibilities: Manage Plumbing and HVAC projects from start to finish Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project schedules Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Track project budgets, costs, and change orders Attend job site meetings and communicate project updates Work closely with field supervisors to ensure project success Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance Resolve project issues and maintain customer satisfaction Prepare and submit RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Qualifications Strong knowledge of Plumbing & HVAC mechanical systems and construction processes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with project scheduling and cost tracking Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Knowledge of prevailing wage and public projects Valid driver?s license
