Seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities include leading crews, interpreting plans, managing materials, installing and inspecting plumbing systems (water, waste, gas, radiant heating), ensuring code compliance, and maintaining safety standards.
Must have at least 5 years of leadership experience, OSHA and CPR certifications, knowledge of plumbing codes, and proficiency with blueprints and computer systems.
Additional qualifications include a journeyman license, bilingual skills, and experience with tankless water heaters and Bluebeam software.
Work is primarily onsite in Tarzana, CA, with a team of 10-12, operating Monday-Friday and optional Saturdays.
Pay ranges from $35-$55/hr, with benefits such as medical, 401(k), PTO, and more.
