What’s In It For Me?
What Will I Do?
direct, coach, and supervise service plumbers, as well as
assist with service calls with your plumber for advanced troubleshooting.
Provide customer service training to educate and assist Plumbers with regard to educating customers in choosing service/products, financing options, and handling customer relations.
Provide technical support in the field, visit service jobs, to respond to escalated customer complaints
ensure technician compliance with the company’s core values and purpose
Do I have What it Takes?
At least five (5) years of residential Plumbing experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair & drain cleaning service, and installation
Exceptional customer service skills
Proven leadership ability
Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks with good work ethic
Committed adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purpose
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
Current GA state Journeyman or Master license
