Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join a growing team and will play a key role in supporting the bid estimating team on plumbing scopes for large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for plumbing systems on large-scale construction projects
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and material requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including general contractors and clients
• Utilize estimating software to develop detailed takeoffs and pricing
• Support bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies

Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Strong experience in plumbing estimating for large-scale projects such as multifamily, commercial, high-rise, hospitals, stadiums, data centers, or other mission-critical builds
• Proficiency with estimating tools and software (e.g., Accubid, McCormick, Procore, Trimble products, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on field experience in plumbing with transition into an office-based estimating role
• Experience working on local projects and interacting directly with general contractors and clients
