This is not a maintenance or support role—you will be a key contributor driving design on major builds, owning deliverables from concept through construction. If you excel in high-performance environments, enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, and want to design systems for iconic, large-scale facilities, you'll thrive here.Key ResponsibilitiesLead plumbing system design from concept through construction documentsDeliver high-volume, high-quality production work in a deadline-driven environmentDevelop and coordinate detailed Revit-based 3D models with multidisciplinary teamsPerform system sizing, layout, and engineering calculationsSelect and specify plumbing equipment; collaborate directly with vendors and manufacturersReview and process submittals and technical documentationCoordinate closely with engineering, construction, and project management teamsSupport field operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionMaintain professional communication with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teamsQualifications5+ years of commercial plumbing design experienceProven ability to perform in a high-production environment, managing multiple projects and deadlinesStrong proficiency in RevitWorking knowledge of plumbing codes and NFPA standardsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPE (Professional Engineer) or CPD certification – preferred, not requiredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldNo third-party candidates will be accepted.
