Operations Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay: Starting at $100,000 + performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

On-Call: Rotating availability for emergency support

What You'll Do

  • Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and customer service operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians
  • Ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently based on urgency, location, and skillset
  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and team performance
  • Review completed jobs for accuracy, missed opportunities, and training needs
  • Act as escalation point for customer concerns and service issues
  • Approve estimates, invoicing, timecards, and payroll incentives
  • Partner with leadership on operational strategy and process improvements
  • Maintain ServiceTitan accuracy across all job and customer records
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing operations, dispatch, or service teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred
  • High-level problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems
