Job Details

We are seeking a Plumbing Division Manager to lead and support our plumbing operations throughout Arizona. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key liaison between Field Operations and internal departments, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in building and developing a high-performing team while driving profitability and maintaining strong client relationships. You will oversee project execution, team development, and operational performance, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of all plumbing projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transition of awarded projects from estimating to operations, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Oversee procurement, material planning, and submittals for all plumbing projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and project logs to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with field teams to align schedules and project needs, optimizing labor efficiency.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of plumbing personnel to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of plumbing construction experience, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and overseeing projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and cost control in a construction environment.
  • Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office, with experience in Bluebeam preferred.
  • State Plumbing License is preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to relocate to Arizona prior to the start date.
