Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on plumbing products and services to enhance their experience.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell plumbing services effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing service and sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
- Proficient in diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused demeanor with a commitment to service excellence.
- Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $299,000.00 per year
