What You’ll Do
- Perform drain cleaning services in residential and light commercial settings
- Handle minor plumbing repairs and service work
- Diagnose plumbing and drain issues
- Clearly communicate recommended solutions and pricing to customers
- Deliver a professional, respectful, and high-quality customer experience
- Manage your schedule efficiently to meet daily service goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
- Follow company procedures and safety standards while completing each job
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred-but not required
- A candidate who demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other members of the team
- A self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude
- Pride in delivering clean, high-quality work
- The ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
- A valid driver's license with fewer than six points preferred
