Raptor Rooter & Plumbing, a well-established company in Spokane Valley, Washington, is currently seeking a full-time Plumber Manager to provide leadership to our team of plumbing technicians. We offer a salary of $90,000 - $130,000/year and generous benefits, such as:

Currently, we provide service and construction plumbing for residential and multi-residential clients. As we continue to grow, we will be adding commercial services to our company offerings! Some of the service jobs we take on involve leaking pipes, sump pump repairs, sump pump installations, water heaters, frozen pipes, sewage backups, and more. No job is too big or too small for us to handle. We also offer 24/7 emergency services because we know that issues can happen at any time, day or night.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience as a service plumber
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of business school education
  • PL02 certification
  • Ability to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Ability to set standards and conduct performance reviews
  • Ability to meet revenue targets and identify new streams of income
  • Ability to professionally handle customer complaints
  • ServiceTitan proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, persistent, and a self-starter mentality
  • Willingness to learn more
PREFERRED:
  • PL01 certification
  • Journeyman license


YOUR DAY AS A PLUMBER MANAGER

As the Plumber Manager, you'll guide and mentor service technicians, helpers, and customer service reps. You'll address technical questions and assist in resolving on-the-job challenges to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. You'll demonstrate your commitment to team development by dedicating one day each month to field-based training and leading weekly technical and sales training. Your role will also involve overseeing performance by providing constructive feedback, setting performance standards, and monitoring team metrics to support coaching and growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you foster a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll work closely with the business manager to identify equipment needs, manage procurement processes, and help develop and implement company policies and procedures. On the administrative side, you'll review ServiceTitan data and invoices to ensure pricing accuracy, identify discrepancies, and look for opportunities to expand services.
