Purpose Statement
Rich Products is looking for a PLM Specialist to join our Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Research, Innovation and Compliance (RIC) function. The role acts as a subject matter expert in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and processes. In this role, you are responsible for facilitating RIC related workflow transactions to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely product data as part of the Speed-To‑Market (STM) project lifecycles.
This role partners closely with R&D, STM Coordinators, QA, Operations, and Plant Teams to execute PLM workflows, maintain data integrity, and enable business continuity across USC categories and manufacturing locations. The PLM Specialist is a hands-on system power user trusted with elevated system access, deep process knowledge, and expected to model and enforce excellence and governance standards.
Ideally, we would like this role to be based in Buffalo, NY, or St Simons Island, GA.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Richs"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$47,648.00 - $64,466.00
