Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the principal to coordinate Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings and activities.
- Be available for all PLC meetings.
- Assist PLCs in organization and effectiveness.
- Lead in the collection and analysis of data.
- Assist PLC teams in the implementation of data driven classroom strategies.
- Ensure that PLC meeting minutes are recorded and collected accurately.
- Provide leadership in advancing district and school initiatives.
- Provide reports as needed on the progress of PLC activities.
- Complete required school and district level documentation.
