Platemaking/Pressroom Support Operator

Experience in printing or production is a plus, but not required—training provided. · Basic computer skills; familiarity with print production software is an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Create and inspect printing plates for accuracy.

· Assist with press setup, maintenance, and cleaning as needed.

· Assist in managing inventory and maintain a tidy workspace.

· Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and follow safety protocols.

· Support other print production tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Experience in printing or production is a plus, but not required—training provided.

· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

· Basic computer skills; familiarity with print production software is an asset.

· Team player that communicates and works well with others.
