Plastics Blow Molding Process Operator

Pay: $20/hr + shift differential | Arrangement: Contract-to-hire | Openings: Two roles with clear advancement potential

Is this you?

• Have 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing?
• Worked with plastics processes like blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, or extrusion—or in highly automated plastics production?
• Comfortable navigating computerized production controls?
• Understand hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature control, and automation fundamentals?
• Known for precision, reliability, and a desire to learn?

What you’ll take on

• Set up and run automated blow molding lines for industrial plastic containers
• Continuously monitor performance through control systems and make on-the-fly adjustments
• Execute dimensional and wall-thickness inspections to meet spec
• Trim excess material and ensure parts are production-ready
• Maintain consistent material flow and restock supplies
• Troubleshoot minor issues; escalate complex problems quickly
• Keep your area safe, clean, and audit-ready

Schedules

Training (2–6 weeks)

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, or
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

After training

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
