QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated environments preferred.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards preferred.
Experience reading and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Forklift operation and material handling.
Electric pallet jack and rider pallet jack operation.
Plasma Management System (SGP) proficiency.
Radio Frequency Terminal (RFT) usage.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Physical & Environmental Requirements

Lift and move 25–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Work safely in freezer environments reaching -30°C or colder.
Follow detailed written procedures and directions.
Perform quality work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Communicate effectively with management and team members both verbally and electronically.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Shifts/Pay:

Mon-Fri 1st shift (2 positions open) Pay: $24 an hour 
Mon- Fri 2nd shift 1:30 PM start time (2 positions open) Pay: $25.80 an hour 
Fri- Sun 6:00 AM-6:00 PM 12 hour shift- (9 positions open) Pay: $25.80 an hour 
 

Job Description:

Primary point of contact for plasma operations at the Plasma Logistics Center.
Receive raw plasma materials from donor centers and manage inventory flow through receipt, classification, storage, and distribution until shipment for fractionation.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport and store plasma inventory.
Utilize the Plasma Management System (SGP) to track, manage, and control plasma inventory.
Support Supply Chain projects and provide guidance and assistance to team members.
Unload plasma shipments and accurately record receipts in the Plasma Management System.
Identify, sort, and classify plasma by type and processing requirements.
Inspect crates, pallets, and other equipment for damage and determine suitability for continued use.
Use Radio Frequency Terminal (RFT) equipment to monitor and control inventory movements within warehouse and freezer locations.
Verify freezer work orders and retrieve plasma inventory as needed.
Identify and remove unsuitable plasma units from processed production units and consolidated lots.
Assist the Classification area by managing rejected or relocated plasma from inspection lines.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage and handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, EHS, SOPs, and company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Perform occasional overtime as required.
