We are seeking a Plant Supervisor for a high-volume frozen bakery manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include supervising daily production across multiple lines, driving KPIs like yield and efficiency, ensuring food safety and quality standards (SQF, BRC, GMPs, HACCP), and leading team development.
The role involves monitoring product quality, coordinating with maintenance and sanitation teams, analyzing production data for improvements, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance.
Qualifications include 3-7+ years in food manufacturing, experience in high-speed environments, leadership skills, and familiarity with ERP/MES systems. Preferred certifications include SQF, HACCP, OSHA, Lean Six Sigma, and PCQI.
