Key Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing, ideally within chemical or battery production.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a plant environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations relevant to battery manufacturing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational emergencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience of battery assembly, electronics manufacturing, or similar production environments is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of battery chemistry and safe handling of hazardous materials is advantageous.

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
