    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Strategic Lifecycle Planning (The "Stewardship" Core) • Develop 3-5 Year Roadmaps: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the customer's installed base (hardware, software, network) and operational risks. • Transition to Shared Success Service Modeling: Actively migrate customers from legacy "break-fix" models to Managed Service Agreements (MSAs). • Outcome-Based Solutions: Design service packages that focus on customer outcomes (e.g., "Guaranteed Uptime," "Regulatory Compliance," "Carbon Footprint Reduction") rather than just hours and materials.

    2. Cross-Functional Orchestration • Sales Partnership: Serve as the Lifecycle SME (Subject Matter Expert) during contract renewals and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). • Field/Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Resident Engineers and Regional Service Managers to ensure that the strategic roadmap is grounded in site reality. • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer back to the product and service innovation teams, identifying gaps in our Service 2.0 portfolio based on real-world site needs.

    3. Commercial Growth & Value Engineering • Expand Share of Wallet: Identify "white space" opportunities at customer sites where competitors or third-party vendors are currently operating and propose consolidated service solutions. • Value Engineering: Lead the technical justification for complex renewals. Build TCO models that quantify the risk of inaction vs. the value of stewardship, giving Sales the data they need to defend pricing.

    4. Success Metrics (KPIs) • Development and Adoption of 3-5 Year Lifecycle Plans; Growth of recurring revenue (ARR) and digital service adoption within assigned accounts. • Contract Renewal Rate and Customer Sentiment.
